We are always interested in growing our team of vibrant, hard working, and friendly individuals who delight in bringing joy to our customers and contribute to a positive work environment. We currently have a full schedule for the month of July but will begin rehiring in late July for openings beginning in August.
We offer flexible scheduling, a starting wage above minimum wage + tips, and we are closed on Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Years’ Day. We pay time and a half on certain holidays that we are open. Team members must be at least 18 years old or hold a high school diploma. We are not currently hiring “seasonal” workers and ask that you plan to work for longer than 3 months.
We ask that you bring a good attitude, great communication skills, and a willingness to “go with the flow.” We’ll teach you how to ice cupcakes and handle food safely.

Our front-of-house team is responsible for our customers’ first and lasting impressions of the bakery. Individuals who thrive in this role are comfortable talking to a wide variety of people and know how to stay busy keeping our display cases stocked and our store clean. You will be expected to know our bakery and coffee menus, and will learn how to make and serve items to our high standard of quality. No prior bakery experience is necessary but retail or restaurant experience is a plus. Shifts available 7 days per week, from 8am - 10:30pm. The starting wage is $8.50/hr + tips.
P R O D U C T I O N A S S O C I A T E / B A K E R
Our production team, made up of experienced bakers and baker assistants, is in charge of prepping and baking the items that we sell daily. You must have demonstrated experience in a kitchen or at least some culinary training to be considered for this role. Our production team sets and follows through on a daily production list, and must be comfortable reading recipes, scaling ingredients, and following food safety guidelines. Shifts are available 7 days per week and typically start early (6-6:30am). Starting compensation is based on experience/education.
