Congratulations on your upcoming wedding, and thank you for considering the Chocolate Moose for your special day! We know planning a wedding can be exciting, but organizing the details and logistics can be stressful. We want to make your day – and the months leading up to it – as sweet as possible!
how we work together
We love working with brides and grooms and we’re honored to be considered as a vendor for your wedding. We typically start the process by having a quick conversation with you over the phone or by e-mail, where we get some details about your wedding and map out an initial order based on quantities and flavor preferences.
Following this discussion, we can schedule a tasting of the item(s) you are considering for your wedding desserts. Your tasting includes a $15 credit to use toward any available items you’d like to taste. Special arrangements (at least 24 hours’ notice) will have to be made for flavors or products that are not offered in-store on the day of your tasting (this includes cake pops, specialty flavors, and allergy-friendly cupcakes).
Following the tasting, we’ll create a proposal with pricing, information on delivery, set-up (including tier/display rental), as well as our recommendations for serving and storage of cupcakes. Once your order is finalized, we will send you an invoice via e-mail. Your order is considered booked once we receive a 10% deposit on your order. The remainder will be charged on the day of your wedding – when we bake and deliver your wedding treats!

- Your name and fiance’s name
- Your contact information and preferred method of contact (phone, e-mail, hours of availability)
- Date, time, and location of wedding
- Expected number of guests attending
- Type and style of baked goods you’re interested in for your wedding (this does not have to be exact, but helps us prepare the right information for your tasting and quote)
